About Us

We turn parking lots into revenue drivers.

Electra Solutions, LLC is a North Carolina-based EV charging firm serving commercial property owners and operators. We specialize in the sale, installation, and ongoing support of Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 chargers for hospitality, retail, fuel, and mixed-use sites.

The shift to electric is happening fast. Installing chargers used to be a cost; today it's a magnet — EV drivers stay longer, spend more, and come back. We make it easy to get there without becoming an electrician, an accountant, or a software operator.

Benefits

Why commercial properties install with Electra

Chargers do more than sell kilowatts. They extend dwell time, unlock rebates, and signal to every driver passing by that your property is built for what's next.

More dwell time, more spend

EV drivers charging on-site stay longer. Longer visits mean more cups of coffee, more items in the cart, more room nights — every session is a traffic driver.

Real rebates, real dollars

Between Duke Energy's Charger Prep Credit, Dominion's Level 2 program, and the federal 30C tax credit, a properly filed project can recover a large share of your capital cost.

Brand lift, zero fuss

Charging stations show up on PlugShare, Google Maps, and in-car nav systems. Your property gets discovered by drivers actively looking for a place to stop.

Future-proof infrastructure

We size the electrical service for where you're going, not just where you are. Adding ports in year three shouldn't mean tearing up the lot.

Revenue, not just expense

Optional per-session pricing, membership plans, or idle fees. Turn your chargers into an income stream — we'll help you pick the model that fits.

ADA & NEC compliant

Every install meets ADA spacing, NEC 625, and local AHJ requirements. No permit drama, no surprise re-work, no liability surprises.

Dominion's North Carolina footprint is concentrated in the northeastern part of the state. If you're unsure which utility serves your site, send us the address — we'll check.

One note, straight up: utility incentive programs change often. Dollar amounts, eligibility rules, and deadlines on this page reflect the most recent published program details at time of writing — not a guarantee of an award for your project. Final eligibility and amounts are determined by Duke Energy, Dominion Energy, and the IRS. We confirm current program terms with each utility at the start of every engagement.
